Welcome to G.H. Gisbourne & Sons. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or visiting one of our market stalls, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. About Us

We are a family-run business based in Atherstone, proudly serving customers in-store, online, and across the Midlands for over 50 years.

 

2. Products & Availability

All products listed are subject to availability. While we do our best to keep our stock up to date, availability may vary, especially for seasonal and market items.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We accept secure payments via Shopify and other supported payment methods at checkout.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We work with a selection of trusted suppliers to deliver certain products directly to your door — this means some items are shipped from third-party partners (drop shipping) rather than from our main store or market locations.

As a result:

• Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the item and supplier

• You may receive your order in multiple parcels if you’ve ordered a mix of items

• We’ll always aim to keep you updated with tracking info where available

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your items are on the way.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in unused condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and approved.

 

6. Market Stall Returns

Items purchased in person at markets must be returned directly to us at a future market date, or by contacting us via email. Please bring proof of purchase.

 

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your personal information without consent.
