Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
Yes! Our family store is based in Atherstone and has been part of the community for over 50 years. You’re always welcome to pop in for a browse.
Where can I find you at markets?
We attend several weekly and seasonal markets across the Midlands. You can find us in locations such as Cannock, Penkridge, Wellesbourne,Bromsgrove & Market Drayton. Visit our Markets page for up-to-date info and dates.
What kind of products do you sell?
We stock a variety of items — including garden plants, seasonal planters, pet supplies, indoor plants, bulbs, and countryside clothing. Online stock may differ slightly from our market and shop selection.
How does delivery work?
Some items are shipped directly from our store, while others come from trusted suppliers . This means you might receive your order in more than one parcel, and delivery times may vary slightly.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info (where available) as soon as your items are on the way. Delivery times may vary, especially for larger items such as garden furniture.
Can I return something?
Yes — if you ordered online, you have 14 days from delivery to get in touch. Items must be unused and in original condition. For market purchases, please contact us or bring the item to your next market visit with proof of purchase.
Can I bring my dog to the shop?
Absolutely! Dogs are always welcome in our Atherstone store and at our market stalls.
